Meet the Dean Family

“It will be a home where we will serve the Lord.”

From different corners of the map, Antonio and Corrine began writing their story. Their journey has it all—romance, thrills and hardships—but now a new chapter is unfolding for the Dean family.

Chapter one began at Lee University, where their shared devotion to serving the Lord sparked a deep connection. Antonio, from the Bahamas, and Corrine, from Pennsylvania, found more than just an education—they found each other.

Their story isn’t perfect, though. Their one-bedroom apartment is bursting at the seams with their growing family. The tiny space is filled with energy from their lively two-year-old daughter and newborn son turning every corner into a playground. Despite the small space, one of the greatest lessons they have learned is, "staying faithful in the small." They have always found comfort in their faith and love for each other.

Antonio pours his heart into his music production, while Corrine builds her massage therapy practice. These hardworking parents are chasing their dreams, but their cramped apartment is holding them back.

The constant worry about stable housing began to lift when their church family introduced them to the Habitat program. It was an answer they had prayed for. Now, they’re on the brink of making their dream a reality—a home of their own, where their family can finally grow and continue writing new chapters.

They can hardly wait to create a home with gardens to tend, rooms overflowing with love and a safe place where their children can play. But before anything else, their first act in their new home will be to bless and anoint it, dedicating every corner as a place of love, faith and hope for the future.
