Habitat for Humanity of Cleveland partners with individuals and families in Bradley County to help make affordable homeownership possible. Our program is built around three key qualifications: need, willingness to partner, and ability to pay.

Applicants must demonstrate a need for safe, stable, and affordable housing; be willing to partner with Habitat throughout the homeownership process, including completing required partnership hours; and have the ability to repay an affordable mortgage.

Habitat homeownership is a partnership. Future homeowners work alongside volunteers, participate in financial education, and take an active role in preparing for the responsibilities of owning a home.
