Hello Future Homeowner,
Habitat for Humanity of Cleveland is so excited that you are looking into our homeownership program. We are honored to have worked alongside more than 159 families in Cleveland/Bradley County to become homeowners and affect our community in a positive way. Could you be our next homeowner?
I know you are wondering, what all do I have to do to get a home? The homes we build with partner families are not free! Families work hard to learn about finances, budgeting, home maintenance, construction, being a good neighbor and they pay a monthly mortgage payment. We partner with families to complete sweat equity hours. I hear you asking, what in the world are sweat equity hours? They are physical, working hours that partner families contribute during the process of becoming a homeowner. They are earned in the Habitat classroom, the ReStore and on the construction site. Do not worry. We will not have you on the roof.
Habitat of Cleveland is not currently accepting applications. In the meantime, on the links below, you will find all the information you need to answer your questions about the homeowner application process.

5. Submit any questions you have to HomeownerServices or click the Homeowner Services Question button under the Apply tab.
