About the ReStore

The Habitat ReStore supports Habitat for Humanity of Cleveland’s mission by providing funds through the sale of donated items to the community at reduced prices while also protecting the environment by diverting material from landfills.

The Cleveland ReStore had humble beginnings in that started in a small building donated by Whirlpool in 2004. The ReStore continues here in Cleveland Tennessee thanks to the many donations and huge support from the community.

The ReStore not only helps build homes homes for local families, it partners with other community agencies to create strong collaborations.

Located at 300 Grove Avenue SW Cleveland, TN, the ReStore is open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Are you looking for a re-purposing project? Need to do a repair around the house? Looking for a bargain? We have it all! The ReStore re-sells gently used items at up to 80% below retail value. We sell building supplies, appliances, clothing, household items, books, media, furniture and so much more.

When you shop at the Habitat for Humanity of Cleveland ReStore, every purchase you make helps fund homes built by Habitat for Humanity for deserving families in Bradley County. We have new items everyday, so come by because you never know what you’ll find at the ReStore!

Silent Auction

The ReStore has a monthly Silent Auction where we showcase high-valued antiques, collectibles and one-of-a-kind items that are donated to the ReStores. Each Silent Auction includes up to 20 items that are displayed in the Show Room of the ReStore.

Customers must come to the ReStore in order to bid on items. Each auction lasts two weeks. At the end of the two week time period, customers that have the winning bid will be called to purchase their items.

DIY Projects

The ReStore opens up endless possibilities by being able to turn trash into treasure through do it yourself re-purposing of ReStore items. It’s fun to re-purpose, repair and recycle items that would otherwise end up trashed. Visit the ReStores to find one-of-a-kind items that are perfect for fun DIY projects.

ReStore Sales

The ReStore has monthly sales with discounts ranging from 20% all the way up to 50% off! We already sell items at up to 80% below retail cost, but at our monthly sales you will find some amazing deals.

Habitat for Humanity of Cleveland ReStore sales typically occur once per month during major holidays. Sales will be posted on the Habitat website and also on our social media pages.

Donate

The ReStore is a very green company that recycles unwanted items. When you donate your items to the ReStore, we are able to fulfill our environmental mission by keeping as much out of local landfills as possible keeping our environment safe and clean. The store has kept over 5,000 tons of materials out of local landfills. This has saved Bradley County countless amounts of tax money that otherwise would have gone to funding these landfills. The ReStore opens up endless possibilities by being able to turn trash into treasure through do it yourself re-purposing of ReStore items. It’s fun to re-purpose, repair and recycle items that would otherwise end up trashed.

Please consider donating some of your unused items to Habitat for Humanity of Cleveland. Below are a list of acceptable, as well as items that cannot be accepted:

Accepted Items

  • Building supplies
  • Hardware and Tools
  • Cabinets
  • Home decór
  • Toys
  • Electronics
  • Appliances
  • Furniture
  • Clothing
  • Artwork
  • Housewares
  • Books and media

Due to the high cost of disposal and handling, the following items cannot be accepted:

  • Items that are damaged, ripped, stained, soiled or broken
  • Copiers
  • Disassembled particle board furniture
  • Fuel cans; no antifreeze or motor oil
  • Items with mildew or mold
  • Kerosene, gasoline, pesticides and solvents
  • Unframed mirrors and glass
  • Upholstered furniture with tears or stains
  • Valances over 6 ft. long
  • Waterbeds
  • Dishwashers and plumbing over 5 years-old
  • Televisions that are not HDMI compatible (box televisions)
